Finally getting a chance to post. I was at the Lonestar Expo a couple weeks ago and of course had a nice time. Got to see Sam and Krista again, which is always great. Some time towards the end of the day (because somehow we always end up at shows all day) Sam came up with a little cham. She had a problem leg (swollen, not using it) and he was curious if we might want to try and help her. The way this is going - yes I now have a little cham.

I figure out she is actually a she and have named her Keyah (meaning 'in good health'). I did not have the best place for her when she came home so I had to build her a cage. So, she has a nice newly built enclosure - though a bit big whoops. On suggestions I have given her some live pothos which need to do some growing, but they look nice. (and hopefully I won't kill them)

I have had suggestions that the leg could be infected or broken, but obviously nothing confirmed. Some days seem better, some worse in how it appears and how much she uses it, but it never appears truly worse or truly better. She eats (of course she chooses to be picky and a hand fed princess) and drinks. Her activity is quite decent than what I expected.

Here is Keyah (arrow pointing to her) and her new enclosure:
